Adult Improvement. At least 20.0% of adults authorized into a Full Level of Care (FLOC), as defined in Information Item C, which is posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts, shall show improvement in at least one of the following ANSA domains/modules: Risk Behaviors, Behavioral Health Needs, Life Domain Functioning, Strengths, Adjustment to Trauma, or Substance Use.
