Guest Rooms Sample Clauses

Guest Rooms. We shall provide you with guest rooms as specified in the Contract Proposal. Check-in time is from 15h00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12h00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon with you. An additional charge may be required in the case of late check-out and is subject to availability on the day. If a delegate leaves before the agreed date of departure, cancellations fees may apply. Any changes in the number of delegates and guest rooms needed shall be communicated to us immediately. If the number increases, we will do our best to accommodate the additional delegates, but this cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to provide guest rooms as confirmed by us, we shall notify you as soon as possible. Alternative accommodation will then be provided at the nearest comparable hotel at our expense. We will also cover the costs for a telephone call and one daily round-trip transportation between the other hotel and us.
Guest RoomsThe Developer has made available Guest Rooms for the benefits of the Flat/Unit owners. The said Guest Rooms shall be available to the Flat/Unit Owners at cost to be decided by the Association or the Maintenance Body

Guest Rooms. (1) Please refrain from using your room for purpose other than lodging. (2) Please do not use guest rooms for business activities or private parties, as offices or for any purposes other than accommodation use, without the consent of the Hotel. (3) Please refrain from smoking in places that may easily catch fire, especially in bed. (4) Please do not use and bring in inflammables for heating, cooking or the like, irons , etc., in the guest room or the corridors without the consent of the Hotel.
Guest RoomsThe University reserves the right to assign, reassign, and/or change room status from single occupancy to double occupancy or double occupancy to single occupancy when the University deems such necessary. The undersigned agrees to abide by the rules of the University. The University reserves the right to enter Guest Rooms for the purpose of inspecting the premises when an authorized agent of the University has reasonable belief: • That an occupant of the room or other residents may be physically harmed or endangered; • That University property is being damaged; • That maintenance and/or repair is necessary; • That closing procedures need to be double checked during break periods; • That a crime is being committed; • That entry is necessary to determine whether there is a threat to the safety or welfare of the University community. The University reserves the right to remove a guest from campus if they do not abide by the rules of the University. Residence Hall Fire Safety System Rooms are equipped with the latest technology in fire safety, offering a high level of protection in the event of a fire. The User and its guests must be aware of some very important precautions: • Each sprinkler head operates with a “fusible link” which is a small device that melts under the heat of fire and releases a water flow of 40 gallons each minute. In addition to the heat of a fire, the sprinkler head can be activated by striking the link with an object, such as by throwing items at or hanging items from the sprinkler head. • The fusible links are very sensitive and the User’s guests must be very careful not to touch them in any way. If the sprinkler is activated by an intentionally or carelessly caused fire or for any other reason, the User will be held accountable. • By signing this Agreement, the User understands that it will be held liable for damage if the User or any of its guests activates the sprinkler system in the absence of a real fire, whether intentionally or accidentally. It is the User’s responsibility to inform all Event guests of these precautions.

The rates are offered in local currency and include applicable taxes and service charges. The rates are subject to reasonable increase by us if unexpected increases in taxes, cost of goods, or limitations of supply outside of our control occur and the period between your signing of the Contract Proposal and the start date of the Event is no less than (0) months. If you cancel the contracted Hotel Services by more than 50% we are entitled to reasonably increase the rates specified in the Contract Proposal, regardless of any applicable cancellation charges.
Guest RoomsThe Hotel agrees that it will provide, and Group agrees that it will be responsible for utilizing the number of room nights in the following pattern. Total Guest Room Night Commitment: Group’s total guest room night commitment is 40. Unless otherwise specified in the concessions section, the booking does not constitute a complete buyout of all rooms and/or spaces in the Hotel. Hotel reserves the right to sell rooms in the Hotel to third parties and to grant guest and public access to the Hotel bar and restaurant areas, pool (if applicable) and other areas.
Guest Rooms a. The United States contends that none of the hotel's designated accessible guest rooms fully complies with the Standards. The designated accessible rooms include the following problems: entry doors that close too fast and have inadequate maneuvering space; wall sconces at the entry that protrude into the circulation path; closet doors lack sufficient clear opening width; and, bathrooms fail to comply with many provisions of the Standards. Inaccessible features in the bathrooms include the following: doors have inadequate maneuvering space and swing into the clear floor space of the toilet; grab bars are too short; toilet paper dispensers are mounted in the wrong location; towel racks lack sufficient clear floor space; lavatories lack sufficient knee and toe clearance; and, bathtubs lack seats and properly mounted grab bars and faucet hardware. §§ 9.1.2, 9.1.3, 9.1.4, 9.2, 9.3, 4.4.1, 4.13.1, 4.13.5, 4.13.6, 4.13.10, 4.16.1, 4.16.2, 4.16.4, 4.16.6, 4.19.1, 4.19.2, 4.20.1, 4.20.3, 4.20.4, 4.20.5, 4.23.1,4.23.2, 4.23.4, 4.23.6, 4.23.8, and 4.26.
