Common use of Advanced Devices Clause in Contracts

Advanced Devices. Sprint may designate certain End User-Liable Active Units as “Advanced Devices.” Advanced Devices include, but are not limited to: (1) mobile computing devices, such as certain tablets, a netbook or notebook; or (2) Smartphones. Service terminations before the end of the Minimum Service Term for an Advanced Device are subject to an early termination fee of up to $350 per device, in addition to any other Service charges that apply to the terminated Advanced Device.
