Common use of Advanced Notice of Offloading Clause in Contracts

Advanced Notice of Offloading. Consistent with the requirements of Section 35 6.01, vessels shall notify the Sector Manager through the vessel’s Vessel Monitoring System 36 (VMS) or other means prior to landing, Consistent with Exhibit G, each Participating Vessel 37 operator must send a trip start hail and a trip end hail six hours before arrival, or immediately 38 upon leaving the fishing grounds if fishing ends less than six before landing. An alternative 39 timing for the trip end hail may be implemented during the 2018 fishing year if agreed upon by 40 the sector, sector monitoring provider, and GARFO. Vessels shall provide location and 41 approximate time of landing, and estimation of pounds to be landed. The trip end hail will be 42 sent upon completion of the last tow with required information. 43
