Advanced Protocols Clause Samples

Advanced Protocols. Unless specifically announced on the Custodian or Company website, Custodian does not support airdrops, side chains, or other derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, tokens, or coins which supplement or interact with a Digital Asset supported by Custodian (collectively, “Advanced Protocols”). Client shall not use its Custodial Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction involving an Advanced Protocol. Custodian assumes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in respect to Advanced Protocols.

Advanced Protocols. Unless specifically announced on the Site or via an official public statement of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, we do not support metacoins, coloured coins, side chains, or other derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, tokens, or coins which supplement or interact with a Digital Currency we support (collectively, "Advanced Protocols"). You should not use your ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction involving an Advanced Protocol. Our platform is not configured to detect and/or secure Advanced Protocol transactions. You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility whatsoever in respect of an unsupported Advanced Protocol.

Advanced Protocols. Unless specifically announced on the Coinbase Custody Site or through some other official public statement of Coinbase Custody, Coinbase Custody does not support airdrops, metacoins, colored coins, side chains, or other derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, tokens, or coins which supplement or interact with a Digital Asset supported by Coinbase Custody (collectively, “Advanced Protocols”). Client shall not use Client’s Custodial Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction involving an Advanced Protocol. The Coinbase Custody platform is not configured to detect and/or secure Advanced Protocol transactions and neither Client nor Coinbase Custody will be able to retrieve any unsupported Advanced Protocol. Coinbase Custody assumes absolutely no liability, obligation or responsibility whatsoever in respect to Advanced Protocols.

SAFE assumes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in respect to Advanced Protocols.

Advanced Protocols. Unless specifically announced on the Website or through some other official public statement of Cleartransfer, we do not support metacoins, colored coins, side chains, or other derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, tokens, or coins which supplement or interact with a Digital Currency supported by Cleartransfer (collectively, “Advanced Protocols”). Do not use your Cleartransfer Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction involving an Advanced Protocol. The Cleartransfer platform is not configured to detect and/or secure Advanced Protocol transactions and Cleartransfer assumes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in respect to Advanced Protocols.

Do not use your Ibinex Account to attempt to receive, request, send, store, or engage in any other type of transaction involving an Advanced Protocol. The Ibinex platform is not configured to detect and/or secure Advanced Protocol transactions and Ibinex assumes absolutely no responsibility whatsoever in respect to Advanced Protocols.

Advanced Protocols. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ does not support side chains, metacoins, colored coins or another derivative, enhanced, or forked protocols, coins or tokens which act in conjunction with a Digital Currency already supported by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (collectively, "Advanced Protocols"). We advise against attempting to use your ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ account to send, receive, store, request or transact in any way using an Advanced Protocol. We would like to advise our clients that the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ platform does not have the capability of detecting, storing, or returning Advanced Protocols.
