The following services (the “Digital Currency Services”) are provided to you by Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx:One or more hosted digital currency wallets enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage your balances of certain supported digital currencies, like Bitcoin (the “Digital Currency Wallet” and “Digital Currency” respectively);A Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies (a “DC Exchange”);A Digital Currency conversion service enabling you to buy and sell Digital Currencies in transactions with Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx (the “Conversion Services”).
Digital Currency Services. The following services (the "Digital Currency Services") may be provided to you by Coinbase Europe:
(A) one or more hosted digital currency wallets (the "Digital Currency Wallets") enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage your balances of certain supported digital currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum (collectively "Digital Currency" or “Digital Currencies”); and
(B) a Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies, and (subject to certain restrictions) carry out any such purchases or sales on the Site (the “Digital Currency Exchange Service”). Unlike E-Money Services, Digital Currency Services are not regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland. Coinbase Europe is not a regulated financial services provider. Coinbase Europe is based in, and provides its services from, Ireland.
Digital Currency Services. 4.1 The following services (the “Digital Currency Services”) may be provided to you by LEPRICON: a. one or more hosted digital currency wallets enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage balances of certain supported digital currencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) (the “Digital Currency Wallet” and “Digital Currency” respectively); b. one or more hosted digital wallet enabling you to store electronic money issued by LEPRICON (the "E-Money Wallet" and "E-Money" respectively) (collectively, the “E-Money Services”); c. certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money; and d. a Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies, and (subject to certain restrictions) carry out any such purchases or sales on the Sites.
4.2 Your Digital Currency Wallet enables you to send Digital Currency to, and request, receive, and store Digital Currency from, third parties by giving instructions through the Sites (each such transaction is a "Digital Currency Transaction"). The Digital Currency Exchange Service enables you to buy Digital Currency using: a. E-Money from / into your E-Money Wallet; and / or b. Central bank issued currency (such as SGD or EUR) supported by LEPRICON.
4.3 Conversely, when you sell Digital Currency you may elect to receive: a. E-Money into your E-Money Wallet; and / or b. Central bank issued currency (such as SGD or EUR) supported by LEPRICON.
4.4 You may purchase supported Digital Currency by linking a valid payment method to your Digital Currency Wallet. You authorise us to debit funds using your selected payment method(s) to complete your purchase. Although we will attempt to deliver Digital Currency to you as promptly as possible, funds may be debited from your selected payment method before the status of your Digital Currency transaction is shown as complete, and it is delivered to your Digital Currency Wallet. You may sell Digital Currency in exchange for fiat currency (such as SGD or EUR) supported by LEPRICON. In such circumstances, you authorise us to debit your Digital Currency Wallet and to send instructions to credit your selected payment method(s) in settlement of sell transactions. We will send these instructions as soon as reasonably possible. Any fiat currency should be credited to your selected payment method(s) by the end of the business day after we send such instructions.

(1) one or more hosted digital currency wallets enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage your balances of certain supported digital currencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum (the "Digital Currency Wallet" and "Digital Currency" respectively); and
(2) a Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies, and (subject to certain restrictions) carry out any such purchases or sales on the Site. Unlike E-Money Services, Digital Currency Services are not regulated by the FCA. Coinbase UK is not a regulated financial services provider. Coinbase UK is based in, and provides its services from, the UK.
Digital Currency Services. Star Ventures’ and Nebula’s VASP Services or the services of their partners enable you to store, track, transfer, manage and convert your balances (collectively, “Digital Currency Transactions”) of certain supported digital currencies in digital currency wallets hosted by Star Ventures or Nebula, as the case may be. We will process Digital Currency Transactions in accordance with the instructions we receive from you. When you request that an Additional Counterparty receive or deposit digital currency into your Account from another one of your accounts or wallets or request that such Additional Counterparty transfer digital currency to another wallet or account from your Account, you authorize such Additional Counterparty to execute such transaction via the Services. Prior to submitting instructions to us, you should verify all transaction information. We do not guarantee the identity of any recipient, user, requestee or other party. You cannot reverse a Digital Currency Transaction once it has been broadcast to the relevant digital currency network. If a Digital Currency Transaction has not yet been confirmed on the digital currency network, digital currency associated with such transaction will be designated as pending and will not be included in your digital currency wallet balance or be available to conduct Digital Currency Transactions. You cannot reverse or change any Digital Currency Transaction marked as complete or pending. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements and third party rights (including, without limitation, data privacy laws) in your use of the Services. We may refuse to process or cancel any pending Digital Currency Transaction as required by law or any court or other authority to which we are subject in any jurisdiction. We further reserve the right to delay any Digital Currency Transaction if we perceive a risk of fraud or illegal activity. We also have the right to refuse to process or cancel any Digital Currency Transaction due to technological issues with the blockchain software, our own software, or for other technological reasons. Our Services are available only in connection with those digital currencies that we support which may change from time to time. (A) one or more placed deposits placed in digital currency equivalent to US dollars at the time of the conclusion of the contract, the balance of the personal account allows you to store, track, transfer and manage your balances of certain supported digital currencies, such as Bitcoin, Tether USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20), TRX or Ethereum (collectively referred to as "Digital currency” or “Digital currencies”);
(B) a local currency exchange service (the "Item") that allows you to receive earned digital currency to your balance or send funds to replenish your balance on the Company's website (subject to certain restrictions, please check with support on the Company's official website). Such transactions can be carried out only through the technical support of the site, the contacts for contacting it are specified in the contacts: hereinafter referred to as - ("Digital Currency Exchange Service").
