Digital Currency Services. 4.1 The following services (the “Digital Currency Services”) may be provided to you by LEPRICON: a. one or more hosted digital currency wallets enabling you to store, track, transfer, and manage balances of certain supported digital currencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) (the “Digital Currency Wallet” and “Digital Currency” respectively); b. one or more hosted digital wallet enabling you to store electronic money issued by LEPRICON (the "E-Money Wallet" and "E-Money" respectively) (collectively, the “E-Money Services”); c. certain payment services enabling you to send and receive E-Money; and d. a Digital Currency exchange service enabling you to obtain prices for your purchases and sales of Digital Currencies, and (subject to certain restrictions) carry out any such purchases or sales on the Sites.

Digital Currency Services. Star Ventures’ and Nebula’s VASP Services or the services of their partners enable you to store, track, transfer, manage and convert your balances (collectively, “Digital Currency Transactions”) of certain supported digital currencies in digital currency wallets hosted by Star Ventures or Nebula, as the case may be. We will process Digital Currency Transactions in accordance with the instructions we receive from you. When you request that an Additional Counterparty receive or deposit digital currency into your Account from another one of your accounts or wallets or request that such Additional Counterparty transfer digital currency to another wallet or account from your Account, you authorize such Additional Counterparty to execute such transaction via the Services. Prior to submitting instructions to us, you should verify all transaction information. We do not guarantee the identity of any recipient, user, requestee or other party. You cannot reverse a Digital Currency Transaction once it has been broadcast to the relevant digital currency network. If a Digital Currency Transaction has not yet been confirmed on the digital currency network, digital currency associated with such transaction will be designated as pending and will not be included in your digital currency wallet balance or be available to conduct Digital Currency Transactions. You cannot reverse or change any Digital Currency Transaction marked as complete or pending. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements and third party rights (including, without limitation, data privacy laws) in your use of the Services. We may refuse to process or cancel any pending Digital Currency Transaction as required by law or any court or other authority to which we are subject in any jurisdiction. We further reserve the right to delay any Digital Currency Transaction if we perceive a risk of fraud or illegal activity. We also have the right to refuse to process or cancel any Digital Currency Transaction due to technological issues with the blockchain software, our own software, or for other technological reasons. Our Services are available only in connection with those digital currencies that we support which may change from time to time.   • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • AGENCY SERVICE FEE Section 1. Each employee who elects not to join or maintain membership in the Union shall be required to pay as a condition of employment, beginning thirty (30) days following the commencement of his/her employment, an agency service fee to the Union in an amount that is equal to the amount required to become and remain a member in good standing of the exclusive bargaining agent.

  • New Financial Services Each Party shall permit a financial service supplier of the other Party to provide any new financial service of a type similar to those services that the Party would permit its own financial service suppliers to provide under its domestic law in like circumstances. A Party may determine the juridical form through which the service may be provided and may require authorisation for the provision of the service. Where such authorisation is required, a decision shall be made within a reasonable time and the authorisation may only be refused for prudential reasons.
