Common use of ADVANCED SICK LEAVE CREDIT Clause in Contracts

ADVANCED SICK LEAVE CREDIT. New regular, full-time employees shall receive an advanced sick leave credit of 40.04 hours (approximately thirteen (13) biweekly pay periods) as of the date of hire. Said sick leave credit advancement shall be balanced upon completion of 1,040 hours of compensable service or upon earlier separation.
