EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES The State reserves the right to modify the terms of this Contract or any future Periodic Recruitments, to allow for emerging technologies. OGS reserves the right to include such technology(ies) hereunder or to issue a formal modification or amendment to this Contract.
Geometric visibility The visibility of the illuminating surface, including its visibility in areas which do not appear to be illuminated in the direction of observation considered, shall be ensured within a divergent space defined by generating lines based on the perimeter of the illuminating surface and forming an angle of not less than 5° with the axis of reference of the headlamp.

TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution, visits that other State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other State on any remuneration for such teaching or research. 2. Entities that Boycott Energy Companies In accordance with Senate Bill 13, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Section 2274.002 (eff. Sept. 1, 2023, Section 2276.002, pursuant to House Bill 4595, Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S.) of the Texas Government Code (relating to prohibition on contracts with companies boycotting certain energy companies), Contractor represents and warrants that: (1) it does not, and will not for the duration of the Contract, boycott energy companies or (2) the verification required by Section 2274.002 (eff. Sept. 1, 2023, Section 2276.002, pursuant to House Bill 4595, Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S.) of the Texas Government Code does not apply to the Contract. If circumstances relevant to this provision change during the course of the Contract, Contractor shall promptly notify System Agency.
