ADVERTISEMENT AND PROMOTION A. Concessionaire shall not advertise in any manner or form on or about the Concession Premises or any other part of the Area, except by means of such signs or forms of advertising as first shall be approved, in writing, by Department.
Advertisements Any advertising, sales literature or other promotional material (including “prospectus wrappers,” “broker kits,” “road show slides,” “road show scripts” and “electronic road show presentations”) authorized in writing by or prepared by the Fund or the Investment Adviser and used in connection with the public offering of the Securities (collectively, “sales material”) does not contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary to make the statements therein not misleading. All sales material complied and will comply in all material respects with the applicable requirements of the 1933 Act, the 1940 Act and the Rules and Regulations and the rules and interpretations of FINRA.
PUBLICITY, LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOCIAL MEDIA 36.1 COUNTY owns all rights to the name, logos, and symbols of COUNTY. The use and/or reproduction of COUNTY's name, logos, or symbols for any purpose, including commercial advertisement, promotional purposes, announcements, displays, or press releases, without COUNTY's prior written consent is expressly prohibited.
LITERATURE, ADVERTISEMENTS, AND SOCIAL MEDIA A. Any written information or literature, including educational or promotional materials, distributed by CONTRACTOR to any person or organization for purposes directly or indirectly related to this Agreement must be approved at least thirty (30) days in advance and in writing by ADMINISTRATOR before distribution. For the purposes of this Agreement, distribution of written materials shall include, but not be limited to, pamphlets, brochures, flyers, newspaper or magazine ads, and electronic media such as the Internet.
Advertising The Contractor shall not refer to sales to the State for advertising or promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, posting any material or data on the Internet, without DAS’s prior written approval.
Advertisement Each Lender and each Credit Party hereby authorizes MCF to publish the name of such Lender and Credit Party, the existence of the financing arrangements referenced under this Agreement, the primary purpose and/or structure of those arrangements, the amount of credit extended under each facility, the title and role of each party to this Agreement, and the total amount of the financing evidenced hereby in any “tombstone”, comparable advertisement or press release which MCF elects to submit for publication. In addition, each Lender and each Credit Party agrees that MCF may provide lending industry trade organizations with information necessary and customary for inclusion in league table measurements after the Closing Date. With respect to any of the foregoing, MCF shall provide Borrowers with an opportunity to review and confer with MCF regarding the contents of any such tombstone, advertisement or information, as applicable, prior to its submission for publication and, following such review period, MCF may, from time to time, publish such information in any media form desired by MCF, until such time that Borrowers shall have requested MCF cease any such further publication.
Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.
Advertising and Promotion Al. ARTIST is to receive 100% star billing on all publicity releases and paid advertisement including - without limitations - programs, electronic media, flyers, signage, newspaper advertisements, marquees, tickets, radio spots, TV spots, etc. unless otherwise authorized in writing by PRODUCER. Billing on all advertising and publicity materials must appear as follows: Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (100% Headline Billing) A2. PURCHASER agrees to use only artwork, ad mats, photos and/or promotional materials provided or approved by PRODUCER. Publicity photos, bios and other assets can be downloaded from xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx PURCHASER shall supply all publicity and marketing materials to PRODUCER for review and approval prior to PURCHASER’s print deadlines and/or online launches.
Advertising Materials 1. Open Ecosystem Partner may add its own material to the information supplied by either indirectly by Distributor or directly by SAP, solely for the purposes of Open Ecosystem Partner's own marketing activities. Any material which is added must be clearly marked as Open Ecosystem Partner's material.
PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any Common Areas of the Community or at any Community sponsored events. You hereby grant us and any of our affiliates, successors or someone authorized by us, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, the unlimited use of your image, without restriction as to changes or alterations, made through any medium, for any legal purpose whatsoever. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless us and any of our affiliates, successors or someone authorized by us, for all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images taken of you, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, false light or invasion of privacy.
