Advertiser’s Cooperation. Advertiser also acknowledges and agrees that Publisher shall not be liable for any failure by Publisher to complete the Multimedia Services based on Advertiser’s failure for any reason to diligently pursue and participate in the completion of the Location Shoot or the approval of the Multimedia Advertising. To the extent Advertiser does not respond to requests to review and approve the completed Multimedia Advertising, Advertiser expressly waives any right it might otherwise have to inspect or approve any portion of the Multimedia Advertising prior to its publication.

  • Customer Cooperation 3.2.1. Customer shall provide and make available all Customer personnel as may be further addressed in an applicable Order Form or that SAP reasonably requires in connection with performance of the Services.
