Common use of Advertising and Programming Revenues Clause in Contracts

Advertising and Programming Revenues. Programmer shall retain all revenues from the sale of advertising time on the programming it broadcasts on the Station. Programmer will provide, make available to and shall sell time to political candidates from the time it purchases from Licensee in strict compliance with the Act, the rules, regulations and policies and the Commission.

Advertising and Programming Revenues. All accounts receivable, claims and entitlements to payment arising from any of the programming it broadcasts on foregoing shall be the Station. Licensee shall provide to Programmer all revenues from the sale of advertising time on the programming it broadcasts provides for broadcast on the Station. Programmer will provideStation including without limitation all revenues for sales of advertising time on programming provided by Licensee pursuant to Section 1, make available to and shall sell time to political candidates from the time it purchases from Licensee in strict compliance with the Act, the rules, regulations and policies and the Commission5 or 7 hereof.
