Revenue Reports. Manager shall maintain revenue reports, as determined by the books and records of Manager, with respect to the operations of Practice. Revenue reports shall reflect the total gross revenues and Net Practice Revenues generated by or on behalf of the medial practice of Practice. Manager shall provide Practice with monthly revenue reports and shall provide a year-end revenue report for Practice within ninety (90) days after the end of each calendar year.
Revenue Reports. To deliver to IntelGenx a revenue report with respect to each calendar quarter within thirty (30) days of the expiration of such calendar quarter, detailing in a manner to be mutually agreed the following: the amount of Net Sales and Sublicense Sales Royalties received from Product, including the Recognized Deductions applicable in computing Net Sales and the deductions applicable in computing Sublicense Sales Royalties, and the total Royalties due based on Net Sales and Sublicense Sales Royalties. Within seven (7) days following receipt of such revenue report, IntelGenx shall issue an appropriate invoice to RedHill for payment of the amount due pursuant to such revenue report. RedHill shall remit payment within ten (10) business days following receipt of such invoice.
Revenue Reports. After the earliest of the following: (i) first commercial sale by Licensee, its Affiliates or Sublicensees of a Product for which royalties are payable under this Article 4 or (ii) execution of a first sublicense agreement with a Sublicensee, as the case may be. Licensee shall make annual written reports to Inserm Transfert within [**] days after the end of each calendar year. Each such report shall indicate the number, description, and aggregate Net Sales (including, for the avoidance of doubt, that of Affiliates and Sublicensees) of such Products sold during the calendar year, additional revenues arising from assignment of the Agreement, royalty rates applied, detailed of the total amount due to Inserm Transfert and total amount paid to Inserm Transfert during the calendar year. The aforesaid reports shall be certified as true and accurate by a duly authorized officer of Licensee. Revenue Reports. Parking Operator shall submit daily and monthly reports, certified by the Parking Operator’s General Manager or HAS-approved designee, to reconcile Gross Receipts and bank deposits as follows:

Revenue Reports. Developer shall submit to the City’s Golf Manager no later than the 10th of each month the Monthly Concession Revenue Report provided by the City and the cash register tapes (Z tapes) or equivalent technology per Section 9.3.1; and
Revenue Reports. Within thirty (30) days after the last day of each month, (i) aged listings of accounts receivable and accounts payable (by invoice date), (ii) Deferred Revenue reports, (iii) current backlog report, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Bank;
Revenue Reports. Throughout the term hereof, Programmer shall provide to Licensee by the fifteenth day of each month a report of Gross Revenues (as defined in the Asset Purchase Agreement) of the Station during the preceding month.
Revenue Reports. 6.1 Each payment of License Fees and Royalties to Licensor must be accompanied by a report that sets out:
(a) the basis upon which Commercialization Revenue was calculated by the Licensee including the number of units of each particular Licensed Product sold;
(b) the basis upon which the License Fees and Royalties were calculated by the Licensee;
(c) the License Fees and Royalties payable by the Licensee to Licensor for the relevant Quarter; and
(d) any other additional details as may reasonably required by Licensor from time to time.
6.2 All royalty payments are to be made in Canadian dollars, to the bank account nominated by Licensor. Licensor must bear any currency conversion charges and bank charges incurred by the Licensee.
Revenue Reports. The Licensee shall provide to the Licensor reports of all revenues actually received from the sale of the Licensed Products on a calendar quarter basis (the “Revenue Reports”). The Revenue Reports shall be due no later than fifteen (15) calendar days from the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31) and will contain details concerning, at a minimum, the name, address and contact information for each customer; the quantity, size, and type of the Licensed Products sold to each customer and the corresponding sales price, and such other information as the Licensor shall reasonably require. Each Revenue Report shall contain a financial accounting of the License Fee due to the Licensor.
