Advertising, Publicity, Names and Marks. Facility will not do any of the following, without, in each case, ASU’s prior written consent: (i) use any names, service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos, or other identifying names, domain names, or identifying marks of ASU (ASU Marks), including online, advertising, or promotional purposes; (ii) issue a press release or public statement regarding this Agreement; or (iii) represent or imply any ASU endorsement or support of any product or service in any public or private communication. Any permitted use of ASU Marks must comply with ASU’s requirements, including using the ® indication of a registered mark.

Advertising, Publicity, Names and Marks. No Party will do any of the following without, in each case, the prior written consent of the other Parties: (i) issue a press release or public statement regarding this Agreement; or (ii) represent or imply any endorsement or support of any product or service on the part of the other Parties in any public or private communication. No Party will use any names, service marks, trademarks, trade names, logos or other identifying names, domain names or identifying marks of the other Party(ies) (“Marks”) for any reason, including online, advertising, promotional purposes, or any form of publicity, without the prior written permission of the Party that owns the Marks in each instance. Use of any Party’s Marks must comply with the owning Party’s requirements, including using the ® indication of a registered trademark where applicable.

  • Use of Names and Marks All names, trademarks, trade names or symbols (collectively, “Branding”) of each Party are and will remain the exclusive property of such Party. Neither Party will acquire any right to the Branding of the other Party. Accenture will have the limited right to use Supplier’s Branding in connection with the activities described in this Purchase Order. Neither Party may: (i) publicize this Purchase Order, or their subject matter; (ii) state that a Party has approved or endorsed any product or service provided by the other Party as contemplated by this Purchase Order; or (iii) otherwise use the Branding of such other Party or its Affiliates, without the other Party’s prior written consent.

  • Publicity; Use of Names and Logos Vendor may use Citizens’ name and logo in its marketing materials, website and social media to indicate that it is a participating or contracted vendor for Citizens. However, Vendor may not in any way state, imply or infer that it holds a “preferred,” “approved,” “awarded,” “selected” or otherwise special status with Citizens in any such materials. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of endorsements or quotes from Citizens officials, Citizens vendor scores, or any other Citizens-related materials that may directly or indirectly imply that Vendor enjoys a special or preferred status with Citizens. Citizens reserves the right to determine that its name and/or logo have been misused and to request that Vendor cease using its name and/or logo in any way it deems inappropriate. Failure to comply will result in corrective action, up to and including contract termination.   • Promotional Materials In the event that the Fund or the Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Adviser will install and maintain, or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • PUBLICITY AND BRANDING 24.1 Subject to Clause 25 (Marketing), the Supplier shall not make any press announcements or publicise this Framework Agreement or its contents in any way without the Authority's prior Approval.
