Advising of Changes. Distributor shall promptly advise Company of any changes in Distributor's status, organization, personnel, and similar matters; any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of any major customers of Company in the Territory; and any political, financial, legislative, industrial, or other events in the Territory that could affect the mutual business interests of Distributor and Company, whether harmful or beneficial.
Advising of Changes. Representative shall promptly advise Company of (i) any changes in Representative's status, organization, personnel, and similar matters, (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of any major customers of Company in the Territory, and (iii) any political, financial, legislative, industrial or other events in the Territory that could affect the mutual business interests of Representative and Company, whether harmful or beneficial.

Agent shall promptly advise /4/ Company of (i) any changes in Agent's status, organization, personnel, and similar matters, (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of any major customers of Company in the Territory, and (iii) any political, financial, legislative, industrial or other events in the Territory that could affect the mutual business interests of Agent and Company, whether harmful or beneficial.
Advising of Changes. Both parties shall have the responsibility to promptly advise each other of:
(A) Any changes in either parties status, organization, personnel, and similar matters;
(B) Any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of customers in the Territory; and

ZAGG will promptly advise Company of: (a) any changes in ZAGG’s status, organization, key personnel and similar matters through it’s routine notices and publication required by relevant securities law related to publicly traded companies and (b) any significant political, regulatory, financial, legislative, industrial or other events in the Market Segment that could affect the mutual business interests of ZAGG and Company, whether harmful or beneficial.

Representative shall promptly advise POWIN of (i) any changes in Representative's status, organization, personnel, and similar matters, (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of customers in the Territory, and (iii) any political, financial, legislative, industrial or other events in the Territory that could affect the mutual business interests of Representative and POWIN.

Distributor, to the best of its knowledge, shall promptly advise Cytomedix of (i) any changes in Distributor's status, organization, key personnel, and similar matters, (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of any of the Selected Facilities, (iii) any change in Distributor's ability to sell Products.
Advising of Changes. Cytomedix, to the best of its knowledge, shall promptly advise Distributor of (i) any changes in Cytomedix's status, organization, key personnel or similar matters, and (ii) any changes in Cytomedix's ability to sell products.

Affiliate shall promptly advise Company of (i) any changes in Affiliate's status, organization, personnel, and similar matters, (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of any major customers of Company in the Territory, and (iii) any political, financial, legislative, industrial or other events in the Territory that could affect the mutual business interests of Affiliate and Company, whether harmful or beneficial.
Advising of Changes. Representative shall promptly advise LookSmart of (i) any changes in Representative’s status, organization, personnel, and similar matters and (ii) any changes in the key personnel, organization, and status of the customer accounts for which Representative has received a commission.
