Advisory Arbitration of Grievances. In the event that the grievance is not resolved by the Department Head, the Association may, within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the decision of the Department Head or the Department Head's designee, made pursuant to paragraph F, request that the grievance be heard by an arbitrator.
