ADVOCACY FOR ENROLLEES. During the effective period of this contract, the CONTRACTOR shall not be restricted from communicating freely with, providing information to, or advocating for, Enrollees regarding the Enrollees’ mental health, developmental disabilities, or substance abuse care needs, medical needs, and treatment options regardless of benefit coverage limitations.
