AEA President’s Work Year. A. The standard work year for the Association President shall be two hundred and twenty (220) days. When computing the per diem rate of pay for the AEA President, a divisor of one hundred seventy-five (175) shall be utilized. Effective July 1, 2007, to June 30, 2010, the Association and the District shall equally share the cost of nine (9) additional workdays, including the statutory or driven costs.
