Common use of Aerial Photography Clause in Contracts

Aerial Photography. The Engineer’s Surveyor shall provide aerial photography for low altitude aerial mapping appropriate for detailed design. i. Ground Control Accuracy Standards • The Engineer’s Surveyor shall provide horizontal ground control that meets standards of accuracy required by the State and as described in the TxDOT Survey Manual, latest edition, or the TSPS Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas, as may be applicable. • The Engineer’s Surveyor shall provide vertical ground control that meets standards of accuracy required by the State and as described in the TxDOT Survey Manual, latest edition, or the TSPS Manual of Practice for Land Surveying in the State of Texas, as may be applicable. ii.
