Affidavit of Title and ALTA Statement. Sellers shall furnish Purchaser at closing with an Affidavit of Title, covering the date of closing, subject only to those permitted exceptions, and other exceptions, if any, as to which the title insurer commits to extend insurance. Seller shall also furnish to Purchaser a properly executed ALTA Statement.
