Affiliate Sales. In the event that BGM transfers Subject Products to one of its Affiliates, there shall be no royalty due at the time of transfer. Subsequent sales of Subject Products by the Affiliate to end users (which are not Sublicensees) shall be reported as Net Sales hereunder by BGM.
Affiliate Sales. Purchaser shall (a) at all times, use commercially reasonable efforts to maximize the value of the LFG, Renewable Natural Gas, Environmental Attributes, and any other Products, and (b) not enter into any contracts for the sale of RNG or Product with any Affiliate of Purchaser except on arm’s length terms.
Affiliate Sales. In the event that INDEVUS transfers Compound (for conversion to Product) or Product to one of its Affiliates, there shall be no royalty due at the time of transfer. Subsequent sales of Product by the Affiliate to end users such as patients, hospitals, medical institutions, health plans or funds, wholesalers (which are not sublicensees), pharmacies or other retailers, shall be reported as Net Sales hereunder by INDEVUS.
Affiliate Sales. In the event that AMEDICA transfers Product to one of its Affiliates for resale of the Product to end-users, there shall be no royalty due at the time of transfer. Subsequent sales of Product by the Affiliate shall be subject to royalty payments by AMEDICA as provided in this Agreement.
Affiliate Sales. A. Licensee may resell all services provided by Licensor's Niche Properties business unit. Licensee will remit to Licensor seventy five percent (75%) of all revenue associated with these services (the "Affiliate Fees") by the end of the following month in which it received the revenue.
B. The Affiliate Fees owed Licensor shall be calculated on a monthly calendar basis (Affiliate Fees Period).
C. For each Affiliate Fees Period, Licensee shall provide Licensor with a written Affiliate Fees statement in a form acceptable to Licensor. Such Affiliate Fees statement shall be certified as accurate by a duly authorized officer of Licensee and shall include reportable sales for each applicable period. Such statements shall be furnished to Licensor regardless of whether any sales were made during the Affiliate Period or whether any actual Affiliate Fees was owed.
D. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, all Affiliate Fees obligations shall be accelerated and shall immediately become due and payable.
E. Late payment of the Affiliate Fees, if applicable, shall incur interest at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month from the date such payments were originally due.

Affiliate Sales. AUX runs an affiliate programme which allows AUX clients to earn a portion of the commission charged on trades made by customers they have referred to us. By becoming an affiliate, you consent to the Terms and Conditions of our referral programme.
Affiliate Sales. The sale of Offered Securities by any Selling Stockholder that is an affiliate of the Company does not, to the knowledge of such Selling Stockholder, violate any of the Company’s internal policies regarding the sale of stock by its affiliates.
