Affiliate Fees. All Affiliates shall be paid monthly, in arrears, provided they reach the minimum commission levels of 100 EUR and send and invoice (no payment can be done without an invoice issued). Any Affiliates who have not reached the minimum requirements, will have this amount carried forward until such time that their commission has reached the minimum. Each month’s stats are closed within the first week of next month for the previous one. After stats are closed, partners that have commissions shall send invoice for the respective month through email in order for PlanetWin Partners to process the payments. All fees will be paid within thirty working days (30) days from the date that the invoice was received. *In case there is an argument referring to the final amount earned by an affiliate in the end of the month (and after any bonus calculation is done and stats are closed) this should be sent by email within 20 days.
Affiliate Fees. In some cases clients may incur fees when transacting with RTI and Xxxxxxx’s partner bank. Clients may find more details regarding their prepaid account fees in the “Cardholder Agreement” with our partner bank.
Affiliate Fees. Borrower shall have disclosed to Lender, and Lender shall have approved, all fees, commissions and other amounts (collectively, "Affiliate Fees") which have been or will be reimbursed or paid to or paid on behalf of Borrower, any Guarantor, any Asset Guarantor or any Affiliate thereof in connection with the financing of the Assets. All Affiliate Fees shall be deducted from the calculation of capitalization costs of the financing transaction contemplated by this Agreement for determining the maximum principal amount of the Loan and Borrower’s required equity contribution. Without limitation on the foregoing, all Affiliate Fees shall be subordinate to the Loan and shall be terminable by Lender in the event of the occurrence of an Event of Default;
Affiliate Fees. We will pay you affiliate fees on Qualifying Leads in accordance with Section 6. Subject to the exclusions set forth below, a “Qualifying Lead” occurs when (a) a user clicks through a Special Link on your site to xxxxxxx.xxx; (b) during a single Session registers his/her information on the site.
Affiliate Fees. All Affiliate Fees payable by any Borrower to any Guarantor or any other Affiliate of any Loan Party shall at all times be subordinate to the Loan and subject to the terms of Section 9.6. The Loan Parties shall cause any such Loan Party or other Affiliate to whom any Borrower may owe Affiliate Fees to acknowledge the same in writing to Lender prior to Borrower becoming obligated to pay the same.

Without limitation on the foregoing, all Affiliate Fees shall be subordinate to the Loan and shall be terminable by Lender upon the occurrence of an Event of Default;
Affiliate Fees. The Affiliate Fee shall be specified in the appendix in the Affiliate Section, as updated from time to time at IG’s sole and absolute discretion. US$ is the standard currency to be used in the Program unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

The Affiliates must provide a valid email address on the affiliate platform and must inform the accounting department if any changes/updates are made on the month in question.
8.5.1 Partners that have commissions shall send invoice for the respective month through e-mail for Campeón Affiliates’ to process the payments. To get a payment for a specified period, the Affiliate shall introduce at least 5 (five) active players for the last three months.
8.5.2 Our measurements and calculations in relation to Your Affiliate Fees shall be the sole and authoritative tool and shall not be open to review or appeal. We shall make relevant figures available to You through the Website.
8.5.3 If You disagree with the monthly reports or amount payable, do NOT accept payment for such amount and immediately send Us written notice of Your dispute. Dispute notices must be received within thirty (30) days of Our making available Your monthly report or Your right to dispute such report or payment will be deemed waived and You shall have no claims in such regard. Further, deposit of payment cheque, acceptance of payment transfer or acceptance of other payment from Us by You will be deemed full and final settlement of Affiliate Fees due for the month indicated. Not withstanding the foregoing, if any overpayment is made in the calculation of Your Affiliate Fees, We reserve the right to correct such calculation at any time and to reclaim from You any overpayment made by Us to You and/or deduct and/or withhold from You Affiliate Fees.
8.5.4 The minimum amount for commissions to be paid is 500EUR, any amounts lower than this threshold will be paid when the threshold is reached. The invoice number must always be provided in order for the invoice to be paid. Invoices must be sent during a three-month period from when the service was provided.
Affiliate Fees. Fees payable to an Affiliate in connection with the Project shall be limited to the Administration Fee, the Sales Commission, and market rate fees for other services rendered to the Project, including costs for labor that is reasonably necessary. Borrower shall promptly deliver to Lender copies of all agreements entered into between Borrower and an Affiliate relating to the Project, all of which shall be satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion.
Affiliate Fees. The Operating Group will recommend to the TMG the fees to be charged to Affiliates under any Affiliate Agreements. Affiliate fees will be set to ensure full cost recovery.
