Affiliated Contract. Any agreement concerning the Project between the Design-Builder and an Affiliate, including all modifications and amendments thereto.

The form acceptable to Owner that is to be used by the CM/GC during the course of the Work in requesting payment from the Owner and that is to be accompanied by such supporting documentation as is required by the Contract Documents.
