Prioritization All reported incidents receive a priority number based on the impact and urgency of the service interruption. Impact is determined based on the number of people/departments/buildings that are affected by the interruption or outage. Urgency can be critical or high and is determined based on the nature of the service outage. UNM IT may prioritize incoming incident requests as P1 or P2 priority if it meets one or more of the following criteria: Significant number of people affected; The level to which work is impaired for individuals; Academic and Administrative Calendar deadlines; Significant impact on the delivery of instruction; Significant risk to safety, law, rule, or policy compliance.

Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
Project-Related Investments The term “investment” or “invest” as used herein shall include not only investments made by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates, but also to the fullest extent permitted by law, those investments made by or for the benefit of the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate with respect to the Project through federal, state, or local grants, to the extent such investments are subject to ad valorem taxes or FILOT payments by the Company. Unbundled Loop Concentration 2.8.5.1 Upon the Effective Date of this Amendment, the Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) element will no longer be offered by BellSouth and no new orders for ULC will be accepted. Any existing ULCs that were provisioned prior to the Effective Date of this Amendment will be grandfathered at the rates set forth in the Parties’ interconnection agreement that was in effect immediately prior to this Amendment and may remain connected, maintained and repaired according to BellSouth’s TR73600 until such time as they are disconnected by MyLineToo, or BellSouth provides ninety (90) calendar days notice that such ULC must be terminated.
Unbundled Sub-Loop Concentration System (USLC 2.9.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective Commission order, BellSouth will provide <<customer_name>> with the ability to concentrate its sub-loops onto multiple DS1s back to the BellSouth Central Office. The DS1s will then be terminated into <<customer_name>>’s collocation space. TR-008 and TR303 interface standards are available.
PARTICIPATION IN CENTRALIZED CONTRACTS a. Agencies All State Agencies may utilize and purchase under any Centralized Contract let by the Commissioner, unless the Bid Documents limit purchases to specific State Agencies.
Alternative Risk Financing Programs The County reserves the right to review, and then approve, Contractor use of self-insurance, risk retention groups, risk purchasing groups, pooling arrangements and captive insurance to satisfy the Required Insurance provisions. The County and its Agents shall be designated as an Additional Covered Party under any approved program.
