Common use of Affiliates and Users Clause in Contracts

Affiliates and Users. Under the rights granted to Customer under this Agreement, Customer may permit employees and contractors of its Affiliates to become Users in order to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement; provided that Customer shall be liable for the acts and omissions of all Customer Affiliates and Users to the extent any of such acts or omissions, if performed by Customer, would constitute a breach of, or otherwise give rise to liability to Customer under, this Agreement.

Affiliates and Users.
