AFFILIATION OF INTERPRETERS TO SOCIAL SECURITY. 2. The Council of Europe shall affiliate to the general French Social Security scheme all interpreters resident in France, with the exception of those who declare themselves to be affiliated to the welfare scheme for self- employed persons. As provision for retirement is covered by Section III, Article 5 of the Agreement, this affiliation shall exclude old-age contingency cover.
