Daily remuneration. The daily fee for experienced ACIs shall be linked to the remuneration of an official employed in Brussels in grade AD12, step 54. It shall be one twentieth of the basic monthly salary of an official in that grade, multiplied by a factor of 0.9392638. The daily fee for beginner ACIs shall be 72% of the fee paid to an experienced ACI. The Interpretation Directorate-General shall inform the other parties to this Agreement immediately of any adjustment of fees resulting from the above provisions.

Daily remuneration. In accordance with paragraph 4.3 of the Agreement, the higher rate I, referred to in paragraph 4.2. b of the Agreement, and equal to 160% of the basic rate, shall apply to all ESA meetings.

Daily remuneration. 4.1 - Daily remuneration shall be set in accordance with Section IV (Recruitment and working conditions), paragraphs 7.1 or 7.2, and Appendix I (Composition of teams) and shall be payable at the following rates: 4.1. a - the basic rate, payable for all interpreting at meetings to which a large team of interpreters is assigned (in particular a team of three interpreters for meetings with two active languages) or in the cases specified in paragraphs 9.1 and 10.1. 4.1. b - the higher rate, payable for all interpreting for which a small team of interpreters is recruited or where the requirements in paragraph 7.2 are met.
Daily remuneration. 6.3.1 An interpreter required to work in the forms of remote simultaneous interpreting provided for in Article 14.3 (b) and (c) of the main agreement and for the duration defined in paragraph 6.2.3.1 above shall be paid an allowance equivalent to 25% of the basic rate in addition to the remuneration provided for in Article 4 of the main agreement. 6.3.2 An interpreter required to work in the forms of remote simultaneous interpreting provided for in Article 14.3 (b) and (c) of the main agreement and for the duration defined in paragraph 6.2.3.2 above shall be remunerated at the higher rate II defined in Article 4.2.c of the Agreement. 6.3.3 As regards the form of remote simultaneous interpreting provided for in Article 14.3 (a), the allowance equivalent to 25% of the basic rate shall only be paid where the duration of the working day for RSI is exceeded.
Daily remuneration. An interpreter carrying out forms of remote interpreting covered by paragraphs 14-3 b) and c) of the Agreement shall be paid at the usual rate applied by ESA, i.e. higher rate I, and shall receive an additional daily payment equivalent to 25% of the basic rate. 6.2 Definition of the working day 1) In the case of remote interpreting, the working day will be limited to: a. two sessions lasting no more than two and a half hours, with a break of at least one and a half hours; or b. a single session of up to three and a half hours. 2) If the duration laid down in paragraph a. above is exceeded but remains within the limit of two sessions of three and a half hours, with a break of at least one and a half hours, a further interpreter per booth will be added to the team. 3) If the duration laid down in paragraph 1) b. or in paragraph 2) above is exceeded, the team will be replaced by a second team. 4) If paragraphs 2) and 3) above cannot be applied, the time limit provided for in paragraph 1) a. above may, after consultation with the team leader, be exceeded on an exceptional basis. This will be limited to half an hour for the whole working day. Each interpreter concerned shall in that case be paid twice the basic rate for a meeting instead of higher rate I. When a meeting lasting several days is involved, the time limit can be exceeded only once. The time limit shall not be exceeded if the working day consists of a single session of three and a half hours.

  • Base Pay The Company agrees to pay Employee gross annual compensation of $400,000 (“Base Salary”), less usual and customary withholdings, which shall be payable in arrears in accordance with the Company’s customary payroll practices.   • Servicer Compensation The Servicer shall withdraw its Servicing Fee for each Mortgage Loan net of any Month End Interest payable pursuant to Section 7.6.1 from the related Custodial P&I Account prior to the remittance of such amounts to the Certificate Account with all other payments received with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Variable Compensation In addition to any interim award that the Company owes to the Executive under the Variable Compensation Plan (or any similar provisions in a successor to the Variable Compensation Plan), the Executive shall be paid a lump sum cash amount equal to 2.0 times the target annual award under the Variable Compensation Plan for the Executive’s job for the calendar year during which the Change in Control occurs. In order to be entitled to a payment pursuant to this Section 4(b), the Executive must have been a participant in the Company’s Variable Compensation Plan at some time during the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred or the calendar year immediately preceding the calendar year in which the Change in Control occurred.

  • Full Compensation Subrecipient agrees to accept the specified compensation as set forth in this Contract as full remuneration for performing all services and furnishing all staffing and materials required, for any reasonably unforeseen difficulties which may arise or be encountered in the execution of the services until acceptance, for risks connected with the services, and for performance by the Subrecipient of all its duties and obligations hereunder.

  • The Owner Trustee’s Compensation Compensation for all services rendered by Wilmington Trust under this Agreement (which compensation shall not be limited by any provision of law in regard to the compensation of a trustee of an express trust) shall be paid to Wilmington Trust pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable (in either case to the extent of Available Funds available therefor), in accordance with the terms of an applicable fee letter. Wilmington Trust shall, upon its request and in accordance with an applicable fee letter, be reimbursed pursuant to Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable (in either case to the extent of Available Funds available therefor), for all reasonable expenses, disbursements and advances incurred or made by Wilmington Trust in accordance with any provision of this Agreement (including the reasonable compensation, expenses and disbursements of such agents, experts and counsel as Wilmington Trust may employ in connection with the exercise, enforcement and performance of its rights and its duties hereunder or amendments or modifications hereto, including but not limited to expenses related to Sections 4.3 and 5.3 hereof), except any such expense that may be attributable to its willful misconduct, gross negligence (other than an error in judgment) or bad faith. To the extent not paid in full from Available Funds pursuant to Section 4.4 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or Section 5.4(b) of the Indenture, as applicable (whether by application of the limitation set forth in Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement or otherwise), on or before the Payment Date following the end of the Collection Period that includes the 30th day after the request therefor, such fees and reasonable expenses shall be paid by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement (without regard to such limitation). The provisions of this Section 8.1 shall survive the termination of this Agreement and the resignation or removal of the Owner Trustee.

  • AGENT’S COMPENSATION The Owner agrees to pay the Agent the following fees indicated below for the services and provided: (check all that apply)

  • Basic Salary For all your services rendered under this Agreement, UO shall pay you a salary at an annual rate of no less than $450,000, or at such higher salary as may be determined by your performance review and the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR. Such higher salary shall subsequently be deemed the annual rate, commencing on such date as the Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Legal & Business Affairs, UPR may determine, for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Annual Compensation The Executive's "Annual Compensation" for purposes of this Agreement shall be deemed to mean the highest level of base salary paid to the Executive by the Employers or any subsidiary thereof during any of the three calendar years ending during the calendar year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Vacation Accrual Rates Laid off employees who are re-employed shall have the vacation accrual rate they held immediately prior to layoff restored.
