Affirmative Action Compliance. In addition to the Contractor’s affirmation, certification, and warranty under Section 10 of this Rider, if this Agreement exceeds $50,000.00 in value Contractor, shall provide a copy of its written Civil Rights "Affirmative Action Compliance Program" which shall be incorporated into Exhibit A to this Rider.
