Affordable Housing- Number of Units. OWNER shall provide a minimum number of affordable housing units, equivalent to 10% of the OWNER’s total approved residential units within the Project, that are affordable to very low, low and moderate income households. Such requirement for affordable housing shall be met through one, or a combination of one or more, of the options provided in the following Sections 4.3.2.1 through 4.3.2.1. For the purposes of this Section, any term not defined in this Agreement shall be as defined by California Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seq.).
