Common use of AFLPA Board Clause in Contracts

AFLPA Board. (a) A Player who is a member of the Board of the AFLPA shall be entitled to attend up to 8 meetings of the AFLPA per year provided the relevant AFL Club is given not less than 14 days’ notice by the Player or AFLPA of the time, date and place of the meeting. (b) A Player who is a member of the Board of the AFLPA or who is a delegate or deputy delegate of the AFLPA shall be entitled to attend the AFLPA annual executive and delegates conference, provided that the relevant AFL Club is given not less than 14 days’ notice by the Player or AFLPA of the time, date and place of the meeting.
