AFSCME Staff Representatives. The Union will notify the SOCP in writing of its staff representative of the Local, Council 75, or International, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO. Upon proper introduction and notice, the representative shall have reasonable access to the premises of the SOCP during all working hours to conduct Union business. These representatives shall observe the security regulations of the SOCP. Such visits are not to interfere with the normal flow of work.
