After-Hour Instructional Programs. Effective June 6, 2002, a teacher employed in any after-hour program for the purpose of instructing students, will be compensated at his/her regular rate of pay. In the event funds provided for an after-hour instructional program cannot support the regular hourly rate, the Board will notify the Union and discuss the salary exceptions.
