AFTER SALES SUPPORT. Reseller shall provide after-sales support at the same level as performed during the term of this Agreement for a period of six months after the termination of this Agreement for all Products that it distributes, except as Xxxxxxx Xxxxx may otherwise agree in writing. Such support shall be provided in the applicable local language, if such language is available, for the End User’s territory.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT. Kuni shall have the sole responsibility for --------------------- all after sales and support services for the Kuni Derivative Works distributed by Kuni, and shall provide comprehensive technical assistance to the End Users thereof. Kuni shall perform and provide to End Users such warranty and other maintenance services as reasonably specified by AVT from time to time.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT. 9.1 The SUPPLIER shall perform its obligations stated in the SUPPLIER’s Tender response to question A11 as set out in Schedule 16.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT. 12.1 The seller shall provide the buyer with reasonable after sales support within the warranty period. Such support shall be charged at the usual charge out rates and shall be done on a per quote basis.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT. 6.1 Customer shall be solely responsible for any promises and/or obligations in excess of those assumed by TomTom as set forth in this Article on After Sales Support.
