DMS Service Levels and Service Credits are stated in Schedule 6 Specification and Tender Response Document.
Two weeks prior to each review meeting (or at such time and frequency as may be specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document) the Supplier shall provide a written contract management report to the Authority regarding the supply of the Goods, the provision of the Services and the operation of this Contract.
The Supplier shall pay to the Authority any service credits and/or other sums and/or deductions (to include, without limitation, deductions relating to a reduction in the Contract Price) that may become due in accordance with the provisions of the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or the Order Form.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Authority may invoice the Supplier for such sums or deductions at any time in the event that they have not automatically been credited to the Authority in accordance with the provisions of the Specification and Tender Response Document and/or Order Form.
Unless otherwise specified in the Specification and Tender Response Document or otherwise agreed with the Authority in writing, the Goods shall be securely packed in trade packages of a type normally used by the Supplier for deliveries of the same or similar goods in the same quantities within the United Kingdom.
