After Strike Notice. At any time following the Association's notice to the District that the Association intends to strike against the District, the District may terminate the Association's, its representatives’ and its bargaining units’ members’ rights to use the District facilities, space and equipment, granted in this Article. These rights shall be restored effective with the implementation or execution of the new agreement.
