After the first Public Performance. After the first public performance, Actor shall continue to receive two weeks’ salary every other week. All monies due the Actor must be paid prior to the Actors last performance in each week in which payment is due. The Producer shall pay the Actor all monies due no later than the end of the Actor’s call on Thursday of each week payment is due, whenever the performance schedule allows the actor to return to the Actor’s official residence at night. Whenever the performance schedule necessitates that the Actor live away from the Actor’s official residence, the Producer shall use his best efforts to pay the Actor no later then the end of the Actors call on Thursday of each week in which payment is due
After the first Public Performance. (1) All work rules, i.e., length of day, overtime, rest periods, breaks, invasions, etc., shall apply to all calls under both the Weekly and Per Performance Contracts.
(2) Except as provided in Rules 62(I)(5) and 64(A)(6), the total length of a workday, including rehearsal, performance and/or travel, or any combination thereof, shall not exceed 9 out of 10 consecutive hours.
(3) If the total length of the workday does exceed the above-stipulated hours, the Producer shall pay to each Actor no less than the prevailing overtime rate for each half-hour or part thereof.
(4) An Actor required to see the play before said Actor's first public performance shall be paid no less than the equivalent of a two-hour call at the Per Performance rehearsal rate. (See Rule 46(F)(1).)
