Weekly Contract Sample Clauses
Weekly Contract. Non-performing Understudies engaged under a weekly contract may understudy up to 3 Actors at the weekly minimum salary. A fourth and fifth assignment may be added and compensated at no less than $10.00 per week for each assignment. In no event shall a non-performing understudy understudy more than five Actors.
Weekly Contract. Costume calls shall be held in accordance with the provisions governing rehearsals after the first public performance. (See Rule 74(D).)
Weekly Contract. A Producer who wishes to employ Actors on standard Weekly Contracts must post two weeks’ gross salary to cover the maximum number of Actors in the Producer's employ, plus the applicable pension and health contributions for two weeks and a sum equal to 15% of the gross salary.
Weekly Contract. Subject to Rules 46(B)(1)(c) and 62(B), prior to the first public performance there shall be a maximum of 42 hours of rehearsal in a workweek for a period not to exceed four weeks. (See also 62(C)(2)below).
Weekly Contract. Provided there is no less than one full week of rehearsal prior to the first public performance and one full 24-hour day of rest in each workweek (subject to Rule 63(D)), the below-listed terms shall apply.
(a) During the first week of performance, there may be up to three consecutive hours of rehearsal on any non-travel, non-Artist-Activity day in which only one performance is given. Xxxx rehearsal hours may commence no later than one half-hour after curtain- down and may only be used on up to four days in a workweek on a day when the performance ends no later than 4:00 p.m. The Actor may be called for an additional 7 out of 8 hours of rehearsal on a day when there is no performance, travel or Artist-Activity.
(b) Beginning with the Second Week of Performance, the Actor may be called for eight hours of rehearsal, costume and/or picture calls per week.

Weekly Contract. After the first public performance all monies due the Actor must be paid prior to the Actor's last performance in each workweek. The Producer shall pay the Actor all monies due no later than the end of the Actor's call on Thursday of each week whenever the performance schedule allows the Actor to return to the Actor's official residence at night. Whenever the performance schedule necessitates that the Actor live away from the Actor's official residence, the Producer shall use his best efforts to pay the Actor no later than the end of the Actor's call on Thursday of each week.
Weekly Contract. An Actor employed under a standard Weekly Contract may give no more than nine performances in a workweek without additional compensation. For compensation rates for performances in excess of nine, see Rule 46(A)(3).
Weekly Contract. Any rehearsal call on a Weekly Contract shall constitute a minimum two hour call. There shall be a maximum of 42 hours of rehearsal in a workweek for a period not to exceed four weeks. (But see (C) below.)
Weekly Contract. (a) Subject to (c) and (B)(2) below, each Actor as defined in Rule 18(B) shall receive no less than the applicable Weekly Contract minimum salary beginning with the first day of rehearsal. However, an Actor replacing another Actor after the first public performance may be compensated in accordance with Rules 62(M) and 74(H).
(b) Rehearsal salary, see (a) above, shall apply to every production that schedules four weeks of performance, which need not be consecutive, under the standard Weekly Contract within 12 weeks of the first public performance.
(c) If a Producer schedules less than four weeks of performances of a production under the standard Weekly Contract, the Actors shall receive no less than 50% of minimum salary for a maximum of 21 hours of rehearsal in any week for a period not to exceed three weeks. Any such rehearsal shall constitute a minimum two-hour call. If there are any hours in excess of said 21 hours in any rehearsal week, the production shall automatically convert to the standard Weekly Contract rehearsal salary, as above- outlined in (a), and the Actor shall be paid retroactively beginning with the first day of rehearsal.
