Age and Service Credit. Executive will be deemed to have an additional 24 months of age and service credit with respect to the Supplemental Pension Plan. Any additional benefits resulting from the additional 24 months of age and service credit will be calculated under and paid from the Supplemental Pension Plan, in accordance with its terms, and shall not be paid from or affect Executive’s benefits under The Northern Trust Company Pension Plan (or any successor plan thereto).
