Prior Service Credit. A unit employee who has had a break in service shall be credited with prior periods of full-time state employment for leave accrual purposes if that employee's current period of full-time state employment has been three (3) or more continuous years in duration. Only prior periods of full-time state employment of two (2) or more consecutive years in duration shall be eligible for crediting.
Prior Service Credit. The parties recognize and agree that a new TTF member may have prior applicable academic service at another institution of higher education that may be credited toward tenure consideration at BGSU. Prior Service Credit. An employee who held a term appointment on the date of termination by reason of retrenchment shall be granted a new term appointment for the balance of the term that was in effect on the effective date of either retrenchment or the commencement of a designated leave, whichever is sooner, and with all prior continuous service in the University up to a maximum of four years for purposes of eligibility for permanent appointment.
Prior Service Credit. An employee who held a term appointment on the effective date of either re- trenchment or the commencement of a designated leave, whichever is sooner, shall be granted a new term appointment and shall be credited with all prior continuous service in the University up to a maxi- mum of four years for purposes of eligibility for permanent or continuing appointment.
Prior Service Credit. Employees hired before January 1, 1995, who were previously employed by the Sheriff or by any political subdivision of the State of Ohio, are entitled to have prior service with these agencies counted as service with the Sheriff for the purpose of computing vacation leave. Employees hired on or after January 1, 1995 shall only have prior service with the Sheriff and other Franklin County Departments counted for the purpose of computing vacation leave entitlement.
Prior Service Credit. Employees hired after January 18, 1986 will not be entitled to vacation service credit earned in other State or local government agencies in Ohio during previous periods of employment.
Prior Service Credit. On and after the Closing Date, Buyer shall recognize service for Seller, a former owner of the Business, or an Affiliate of either, to the extent set forth in Schedule 1.1, prior to the Closing Date, for all employee benefit and employment-related purposes other than benefit accrual (except as specifically provided herein) and except to the extent any such recognition would result in a duplication of benefits for the same period of service.
Prior Service Credit. An employee who held a term appointment on the date of transfer shall be granted a new term appointment for a duration of not less than the unexpired time of the previous term appointment held on the date of transfer and shall be credited with all prior continuous service in the Uni- versity up to a maximum of four years for purposes of eligibility for permanent or continuing appointment.
Prior Service Credit. Credit on the East Grand Rapids salary schedule may be allowed to those new employees with satisfactory prior teaching experience. The number of years of prior experience credit, if any, will be at the discretion of the Superintendent. Any credit to be granted would be included in the initial contract with the Board.
Prior Service Credit. An employee’s previously established and unbroken continuous service with prior contractors on this contract and with the Company will be used in computing an employee’s credited service for vacation accrual purposes.
