Age Discrimination. The Municipality shall comply with the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 (42 U.S.C. §§ 6101 et seq.), and Treasury’s implementing regulations at 31 CFR Part 23, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of age in programs or activities receiving federal financial assistance.
