Common use of Age; Grade Range; Number of Students Clause in Contracts

Age; Grade Range; Number of Students. Each school operated by the Education Corporation shall provide instruction to pupils in such ages, grades and numbers in each year of operation as set forth in the Terms of Operation (the “Projected Enrollment Structure”), and the Education Corporation shall obtain the prior written permission of the Trustees for variances from those terms, except as specifically set forth in subsections (a) and (b) below.
