AGE OF VEHICLE. 1. During the term of the Transportation Provider Subcontract with Broker, vehicles may not have a date of manufacture that is equal to or more than:
a. PROGRAM-BASED TRANSPORTATION ONLY 1) Seven (7) years for vans, sedans & station wagons; and
AGE OF VEHICLE. The Vehicle shall be in excellent working conditions and under no circumstances shall be more than 3 (three) years old. The Agency shall be responsible to ensure that the Vehicle has sufficient fuel, its lubricants, air and water and internally and externally, is always maintained in a sterling condition by the Agency.
AGE OF VEHICLE. 2.1 From 1 October 2014 there will be a vehicle age policy for both xxxxxxx and private hire vehicles. (See appendix 19 for more information).
