Agency Division Separate. In acting as agent hereunder for the Banks, the Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 24, any information received by some other division or department of the Agent may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Agent's agency division.
Agency Division Separate. (a) In acting as agent for the Secured Parties, the Security Agent shall be regarded as acting through its agency or trustee division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments.

In acting as Agent or, as the case may be, the Trustee hereunder for the Banks, the Agent or, as the case may be, the Trustee shall be regarded as acting through its agency division which shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 25, any information received by some other division or department of the Agent or, as the case may be, the Trustee may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Agent’s or the Trustee’s agency division.

In acting as agent under this Agreement for the Banks, the Facility Agent and the Security Agent shall be regarded as acting through their respective agency divisions which shall be treated as separate entities from any other of their divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 24 (The Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger and the Banks), any information received by some other division or department of the Facility Agent or the Security Agent may be treated as confidential and shall not be regarded as having been given to the Facility Agent's or the Security Agent's agency division.

In acting as Agent and/or Arranger for the Banks, the agency division of each Agent and each Arranger shall be treated as a separate entity from any other of its divisions or departments and, notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Clause 37, in the event that any Agent or, as the case may be, any Arranger should act for any member of the Group in any capacity in relation to any other matter, any information given by such member of the Group to such Agent or, as the case may be, such Arranger in such other capacity may be treated as confidential by such Agent or, as the case may be, such Arranger.
Agency Division Separate. In acting as agent for the Arranger and the Banks, the agency division of the Agent shall be treated as if it were a legal entity separate from all its other divisions and departments ("elsewhere"). Accordingly, any information or documents received elsewhere is not, by reason of such receipt, to be treated as having been received by the agency division, and all business undertaken elsewhere is not to be treated as having been undertaken by the agency division. The agency division of the Arranger shall be treated in this same manner as a legal entity separate from all its other divisions and departments.
