Frequency Protection Should Company install any type of radio transceiver or other wireless communications equipment, Company will provide frequency protection within the aviation air/ground VHF frequency band and the UHF frequency band in accordance with restrictions promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the vicinity of FAA Transmitter or Receiver facilities. Frequency protection will also be provided for all other frequency bands operating in the vicinity of Company’s equipment. Should interference occur as a result of Company’s installation, Authority reserves the right to shut down Company’s installation until appropriate remedies to the interference are made by Company. Such remedies may include relocation to another site. The cost of all such efforts to remedy the interference will be solely at Company’s expense.
Public Improvements To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no written or proposed plans to widen, modify, or realign any street or highway or any existing or proposed eminent domain proceedings which would affect the Property in any way whatsoever. To the best knowledge of the Transferor Partnership, there are no presently planned public improvements which would result in the creation of a special improvement or similar lien upon the Property.
Project Website The State will develop and maintain a website that will be made available in advance of the first public meeting for this project. The Engineer shall provide project information for the project website to the State including documents related to project background, study area limits, study objectives, project photos, study area maps, material presented at public meetings, and contact information for requesting additional information. The project website will be updated with the documents and other information provided by the Engineer to the State after each set of public meetings and the final report in PDF format provided by the Engineer will be posted by the State to give the general public access to the document.
System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.
Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.
Credit for Project Work In order to compensate PURCHASER for project work that PURCHASER agrees to complete under the section titled, “Project Work,” of this contract, STATE agrees to credit PURCHASER’s timber account in the sum of $68,214 upon completion of and STATE’s acceptance of all work, unless otherwise approved in writing by STATE. PURCHASER may request partial credit for project work when PURCHASER has completed and STATE has accepted project work, in accordance with the following credit schedule: Partial credit amount of $13,642.80 (20% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $13,642.80 (40% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $13,642.80 (60% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $13,642.80 (80% project work completion) Partial credit amount of $13,642.80 (100% project work completion)
System Protection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall, at its expense, install, operate and maintain System Protection Facilities as a part of the Large Generating Facility or the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. The Participating TO shall install at the Interconnection Customer's expense any System Protection Facilities that may be required on the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities or the Participating TO’s Transmission System as a result of the interconnection of the Large Generating Facility and the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
