Common use of Agency Review of Expenses Clause in Contracts

Agency Review of Expenses. At any time during the performance of this Agreement, or upon receipt of the Final Program Report and the Final Audit Report, the Agency may review any or all costs incurred by the Grantee and any or all payments made. Upon such review the Agency shall disallow any items of expense which are determined to be in excess of approved expenditures and shall inform the Grantee of any such disallowance by written notice.
