Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop Software Subscriptions Software Subscriptions for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktops and Workstations are subject to the parameters set forth in Table 6 below. Each Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop and Workstation Software Subscription includes one Red Hat Network system entitlement and one Smart Management Module, each to be used solely with a single Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop or Workstation System. Production Support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop subscriptions is limited to web-based support only for your helpdesk support personnel. Red Hat is not obligated to support your end users directly.
Alternative Interconnection Arrangements 3.1 In addition to the foregoing methods of Interconnection, and subject to mutual agreement of the Parties, the Parties may agree to establish an End Point Fiber Meet arrangement, which may include a SONET backbone with an optical interface at the OC-n level in accordance with the terms of this Section. Alternative Transfer Mechanism The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Section 8.2 shall not apply if and to the extent that MailChimp adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under EU Data Protection Laws) outside of the EEA (“Alternative Transfer Mechanism”), in which event, the Alternative Transfer Mechanism shall apply instead (but only to the extent such Alternative Transfer Mechanism extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred). Church Conference Vote At least two-thirds (2/3) of the professing members present at a church conference of the Local Church must vote to disaffiliate from The United Methodist Church “for reasons of conscience regarding a change in the requirements and provisions of the Book of Discipline related to the practice of homosexuality or the ordination or marriage of self-avowed practicing homosexuals as resolved and adopted by the 2019 General Conference, or the actions or inactions of its annual conference related to these issues which follow.” Local Church shall provide documentation, to the satisfaction of Annual Conference, which evidences the result of the disaffiliation vote taken at the church conference. Such documentation must be certified by an authorized officer of Local Church and shall be included as an Exhibit A to this Disaffiliation Agreement.
EPP transform-command RTT Refers to the RTT of the sequence of packets that includes the sending of a transform command plus the reception of the EPP response for only one EPP transform command. It does not include packets needed for the start or close of either the EPP or the TCP session. EPP transform commands are those described in section 2.9.3 of EPP RFC 5730. Average Log Length and Payment Reduction If the average log length for all logs delivered under this contract is less than the average log length specified in the table in clause G-024.2, The amount of allowable payment reduction shall be calculated by multiplying the payment rate in P-028.2 by the total volume delivered, and the difference between the average length of logs delivered and the average log length specified in G-024.2, times 1% as follows: Log Length Payment Reduction = (B x V x L) x (.01) 1/10th) Where: B = Bid rate from P-028.2 clause V = total delivered log Volume L = Length in feet below specified average (rounded to nearest Average log length payment reductions calculated by the Purchaser must be approved by the State, prior to payment for the final billing period. Third-party scaling organization information is required to determine Xxxxxxxx mbf and Average log length for payment reduction purposes. Average log length is determined on a piece count basis. Value of log length price reduction will be derived from the applicable sort value as described in this contract. Scale information for determining Average log length for payment reduction eligibility must be obtained from roll-out scale. Truck-ramp, sample scaling, and/or bundle scaling information is not acceptable for determining eligibility. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy for below average log lengths shall be the payment reduction described in this clause, notwithstanding other provisions in the Uniform Commercial Code.
