Agency Staffing. The City shall provide and supervise staff that performs Agency functions. City employees engaged in Agency activities are employees of the City and subject to the City’s employment policies, procedures, and standards. It is also the intent of the parties that the services performed by City employees on behalf of the Agency shall not interfere with the ability of such employees to carry out their duties for the City.

  • Emergency Services The parties recognize that in the event of a strike or lockout, situations may arise of an emergency nature. To this end, the Employer and the Union will agree to provide services of an emergency nature.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison.
