Shared Duties and Responsibilities. 12.20.4.1 Responsibilities of an assignment by two (2) job sharers may be divided and/or allocated according to a plan designed by the job sharers, with the concurrence of their immediate supervisor. This shall include, but not be limited to, attendance at regular staff meetings, grade level or department meetings, SST, IEP or Section 504 meetings, District meetings, etc. If a unit member attends one of these meetings on an off-duty day, they will receive the pay at the established hourly rate specified in 13.1.8 for the time of attendance.
