Agency Subpoena Power. Grantee shall comply with the provisions of Human Resources Code Section 203.008 or other applicable law that authorizes TJJD to issue subpoenas, receive evidence, and gather information TJJD deems necessary for the investigation of abuse, neglect, or exploitation allegations; complaints; financial and programmatic audits of juvenile probation programs, services, and facilities; or any other matter under its authority.
