New Certifications If a participating Employer is newly certified by ONA at one of its owned nursing homes for its registered nurses, the existing standard non-monetary provisions in the central ONA/RN agreements will automatically apply to the nurses effective nine (9) months after the Employer receives notice to bargain from the Union or a Memorandum of Agreement or Interest Arbitration Award is received, whichever is earlier. Required Acceptance of Daily Load Deliveries and Notification If the State is harmed by purchaser’s refusal to accept up to 10 truck deliveries of any one sort per day, Purchaser will be in breach of contract and subject to damages as per the D-026.2 and D-027.2 clauses. Reliance on Reports Except as expressly provided herein, nothing herein shall be construed to impose an obligation on the part of the Global Agent to recalculate, evaluate or verify any report, certificate or information received by it from the Issuer or to otherwise monitor the activities of the Issuer.
