Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26June 5, 20082007, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant for their own accounts the fees described in the letter dated April 18, 2010 from the Agent and the Arranger to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to timethe Borrower.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26May 16, 20082001, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their own respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger Arranger, pursuant to that certain the letter agreement dated March 26November 12, 20082009, among such parties or as otherwise agreed to from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant for their own accounts the fees described in the letter dated June 24, 2014 from the Agent and the Arranger to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to timethe Borrower.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated March 26June 24, 20082003, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant for their own accounts the fees described in the letter dated April 29, 2008 from the Agent and the Arranger to that certain letter agreement dated March 26, 2008, or as otherwise agreed from time to timethe Borrower.

The Borrowers jointly and severally agree Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated March 26September 14, 20082004 entered into in connection with that certain commitment letter dated as of September 14, 2004 by and among the Agent, the Syndication Agent, the Arrangers and the Borrower, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
